Jérôme Lambert is Chief Executive Officer of Jaeger-LeCoultre, the Swiss high-watchmaking maison he first joined in 1996 and returned to lead in 2025. Few executives know the house better: his career has taken him from its finance department to the top of the Richemont group and back.
Lambert began in Jaeger-LeCoultre's finance department and served as the maison's CEO from 2002 to 2013. He went on to run Montblanc for nearly four years, then took on senior roles at Richemont, becoming chief executive of the group in 2018 and chief operating officer in 2024, before returning to Jaeger-LeCoultre at the start of 2025.
At Jaeger-LeCoultre he oversees a manufacture in Switzerland's Vallée de Joux known for technical innovation and icons such as the Reverso, as the house engages a new generation of collectors in markets including China.
