- Description
Licheng Ling is a Shanghai-born designer and curator whose practice spans fashion, interiors and contemporary art. She is the founder of luxury loungewear brand Homeism and of Licheng Ling Projects, a Shanghai gallery.
Born in 1986, Ling earned her fashion degree from Parsons in 2012 and founded Homeism in New York City in 2016. The home has remained a central subject in her work. She has curated three editions of The Ideal Home in New York and Shanghai, an exhibition presenting her ideal living environment alongside like-minded collaborators.
In 2025, she opened Licheng Ling Projects in Shanghai, a gallery devoted to creating a seamless dialogue between art, design and space. The gallery brings art into the rhythms of daily life and invites deeply personal connections with it, extending a body of work built around how people live with objects, spaces and art.
