Eric Young is a veteran figure in China's fashion industry whose career spans media, communications, brand strategy and retail. Over more than two decades, he has helped shape the country's modern fashion ecosystem from both the brand and consumer sides of the industry.

In 2010, Young founded a fashion communications and creative agency that built China-specific partnerships with major fashion, luxury and sportswear companies, covering advertising, celebrity endorsements, media planning, online and offline marketing and government relations. He expanded into retail in 2017 with LMDS, also known as Le Monde de SHC, a Shanghai concept boutique built around a curated mix of designers that developed an international reputation as one of the city's notable multi-brand fashion destinations.

Young's career connects communication and commerce. His experience shaping brand narratives and translating them into physical retail has made him a longstanding intermediary between global fashion and evolving Chinese consumer tastes.
