Aespa’s Ningning joins Alo as global ambassador

American high-end activewear brand Alo has announced Ningning, a member of K-pop girl group Aespa, as its latest global brand ambassador. This continues Alo’s strategy of collaborating with top K-pop stars, following partnerships with Blackpink’s Jisoo and BTS’ Jin. By selecting Ningning — who has a strong following in China and across Asia — Alo aims to strengthen visibility with younger consumers in key Asian markets. Ningning, a Chinese singer active in South Korea, has nearly 1.5 million followers on Weibo. Her appointment is expected to support Alo’s outreach efforts as activewear grows as a global fashion and lifestyle category.
