Maggie Chan is Managing Director China at Edrington, bringing more than 30 years of experience across FMCG, retail and spirits, with senior leadership roles spanning Mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States.

Before joining the group behind The Macallan, Highland Park and The Glenrothes, Chan served as Managing Director of Sephora Greater China from 2018 to 2023. During her five-year tenure, the retailer built a network of more than 340 stores across 101 cities while developing a more digital, omnichannel beauty proposition across both global and local brands.

Her career has consistently centered on transformation: building brands, scaling retail networks, developing talent and translating global prestige businesses for the realities of the Chinese market. Chan is also a board member of Wagas Group and has been recognized by Fortune China and ECR Europe.
