Fil Xiaobai is a Chengdu-born, Shanghai-based stylist and creator who has become a defining figure in China's celebrity fashion ecosystem. She is the co-founder of WHMEDIA and the founder of FILGood.

She began building her audience on Weibo in 2011 and turned to fashion full time after attending Paris Fashion Week in 2012. Her work as a stylist on I, Supermodel and Produce 101 launched her celebrity styling career, and Jing Daily named her among China's most influential fashion stylists in 2018.

She has shot campaigns with Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Gucci, and by 2022 had more than 7 million followers across Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu and Bilibili. Through WHMEDIA and FILGood, she has expanded from content and styling into a business representing the next generation of creators.
