Vans OTW Collection Launches In Shanghai (Video)

For the new OTW brand's Asia kick-off point, Vans chose Shanghai, inviting a group of creative "Advocates": graffiti and tattoo artist Mr Cartoon, graphic designer Eric Elms, DJ group The Blackouts and photographer Dimitri Coste, to help promote the label's agenda.
