The project has created over 400,000 jobs and attracted 115 million visitors worldwide. Land values along Charoen Nakhon Road have surged threefold, riverside businesses have grown by over 60%, and local hotels have seen steady increases in room rates and occupancy, positioning owner Siam Piwat as a leader in sustainable urban development. Moreover, ICONSIAM has generated benefits for over 35,000 Thai entrepreneurs and nearly 1,000 designers, empowering them to expand internationally while elevating the “Made in Thailand” label. For instance, ICONCRAFT, occupying the fourth and fifth floors, is dedicated to artisanal craftsmanship, showcasing Thai home decor, spa essentials, textiles, jewelry, and souvenirs to visitors from around the world.
