Shanghai is revving up for one of the busiest seasons of the year, as the city will host the International Fashion Culture Festival and Fashion Week through March and April. Since 1995, the Shanghai Municipal Government has made great efforts to offer a platform for exposure for China's textile and fashion industries, continuing the global dialogue to promote Shanghai as a fashion capital. Like last year, Shanghai Fashion Week will run alongside Mode Shanghai, Shanghai's international fashion trade show, as well as Premuim Fabric Shanghai 2013 at Shanghai's New International Expo Centre.
