Company Focused On "Re-Purposing Industrial Commercial Workwear As Fashion"#
Source
Last week, Jing Daily attended the "work wear as fashion" brand Ospop's poster exhibition and charity sale at the Shanghai streetwear boutique Source. Showcasing the winning design of the Ospop x NeoChaEDGE poster competition, as well as works by competition finalists, the event also marked the debut of Ospop's limited-edition art print and T-Shirt collaboration with the local screenprint artist, Nini Sum.
Reflecting the brand's stated compassion for China's working class -- reflected in its work wear-inspired designs and "Proudly Made in China" campaign, all proceeds from the sale of these prints and shirts at the event went to the non-profit organization Compassion for Migrant Children, which supports educational initiatives for the children of China's migrant laborers.
In all, a fun night, great music and art, cool people, and all for a good cause.
