    China Luxury Experts Set To Speak At Bespoke Summit#

    Taking place May 16 at the Sydney Opera House,


    is a luxury business and fashion summit organized by the Australian Financial Review magazine. The all-day event, which features discussions, presentations and interactive Q&A sessions, will have a strong focus on Asia markets and in particular China. Topics include “Bringing Asia to Australia” and “How Brands Can Access Asia: A practical workshop aimed at taking Australian niche brands into the Mighty Middle Kingdom.”

    The China market experts scheduled to speak include brand strategist Regina Lam (Tom Ford, Emilio Pucci, Jean Paul Gaultier, Givenchy, Kenzo) and communications specialist Lisa Chang, who helped launch H&M and Porsche in China.

    Other speakers include Business of Fashion’s Imran Amed and supermodel Coco Rocha.

    Sessions such as “New Generation Innovators: Luxury is no longer about a handbag, it’s about a lifestyle and a surf board” lend local flavor to the summit’s global and digital orientation.
