Italian luxury label Ferragamo has appointed Yigit Turhan as its new chief brand officer, effective May 18. Turhan, most recently chief marketing officer at Valentino, previously held roles at Gucci and Zegna, and succeeds Michela Ratti. Reporting to chief transformation and sustainability officer James Ferragamo, Turhan will oversee marketing, communications, visual merchandising, and CRM. His appointment follows former Estée Lauder CEO Fabrizio Freda’s addition as a strategic advisor to the Ferragamo family holding company. These shifts arrive as the house faces a retail slowdown; Ferragamo reported a 5.5% Q1 2026 revenue drop to 209 million euros ($242.8 million), following a 5.7% decline in fiscal year 2025.
