Prada Group has outlined its post-acquisition strategy for Versace, which recorded net revenue of 684 million euros ($740 million) in 2025. The restructuring — focused on product quality and a full-price sales model — is expected to dilute group EBIT margin in 2026 before improving through cost synergies. Pieter Mulier joins as chief creative officer in July, debuting his first collection in early 2027, and will relaunch Atelier Versace couture. Prada cited strong brand recognition and limited customer overlap with Prada and Miu Miu as key advantages. Versace will discontinue all secondary lines, including Versace Jeans Couture, and integrate its supply chain into Prada's manufacturing system.
