Gucci has appointed former Renault executive Gianluca de Ficchy as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1. He will report to Gucci President and CEO Francesca Bellettini. The hire marks a key move by Kering’s new CEO Luca de Meo to drive corporate reform and support Gucci’s recovery efforts. De Ficchy previously served as CEO of Renault’s Mobilize mobility business, overseeing operations including auto finance, car-sharing, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. His automotive and mobility career provided cross-functional expertise in financial management, business integration, and cost optimization.
