Hermès scent distributor Eternal Beauty edges closer to Hong Kong IPO

Eternal Beauty Holdings, fragrance distributor for Hermès, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Coach, has passed its listing hearing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and plans to use its Initial Public Offering (IPO) proceeds to expand self-owned brands, invest in external labels, and grow its direct-to-retail channels. The company reported rising revenue from 1.699 billion RMB ($236.3 million) in FY2023 to 2.083 billion RMB ($289.7 million) in FY2025, with perfumes consistently accounting for over 80% of sales. Eternal Beauty manages a portfolio of 73 brands across categories such as fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics.
