C-beauty giant Proya eyes M&A spree

Proya founder and chairman Hou Junchen has revealed that the company plans to pursue overseas acquisitions through its Paris subsidiary to address gaps in its portfolio, specifically in baby care, fragrances, and men’s skincare. Looking ahead over the next decade, Proya aims to reach 50 billion RMB ($6.9 billion) in annual revenue, with 35 billion RMB ($4.9 billion) expected from its own brands and 15 billion RMB ($2.1 billion) from acquisitions. The company’s current portfolio includes brands such as Proya, Timage, Uzero, Correctors, Insbaha, Hapsode, Off&Relax.
