Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has revealed plans to open a new luxury hotel in Suzhou. The Mandarin Oriental Suzhou, set to open in 2026, will be located on the east bank of Jinji Lake. The project is a joint venture between Suzhou Yuanrong Development Group and Hong Kong Land, a member of the Jardine Matheson Group. The hotel will feature 146 rooms and suites, three restaurants, an outdoor lakeside dining area, a lounge, a bar, and a patisserie, providing guests with a wide range of dining options. Currently, Mandarin Oriental operates 41 hotels worldwide, with 15 in Asia-Pacific.
