Fragrance distributor Eternal Beauty revives Hong Kong IPO bid

Fragrance brand management company Eternal Beauty Holdings has submitted an updated prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, continuing its push for a listing on the main board of Hong Kong. Established in 1987, Eternal Beauty Holdings is the largest brand management company in the fragrance markets of mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. It manages a diverse portfolio of iconic brands, including fragrances, cosmetics, skincare products, eyewear, and home fragrances, totaling 66 brands. These include internationally renowned names such as Hermès, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chopard, Albion, and Laura Mercier, as well as its own brand, Santa Monica. The company operates over 7,500 offline retail outlets across more than 400 cities in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
