China’s top perfume brand manager files for Hong Kong IPO
Eternal Beauty Holdings Limited, a leading domestic perfume company in China, submitted its IPO prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 18 for a main board listing. As of 2023, it is the largest perfume brand management company in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau by retail sales, and the third-largest perfume group overall according to Frost & Sullivan. The company manages 63 brands, including Hermès, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chopard, Albion, and Laura Mercier, with over 7,500 offline sales points in more than 400 cities across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and also sells products online through e-commerce and social media platforms.
