China’s largest down clothing brand Bosideng has reported its interim results for the six months ending September 30. Revenue grew by 17.8% YoY to approximately RMB 8.804 billion ($1.21 billion), while profit attributable to equity shareholders rose 23.0% to RMB 1.13 billion ($155 million). Revenue from down apparel products increased by 22.7% to RMB 6.07 billion ($834 million), accounting for 68.9% of total revenue. OEM management revenue rose 13.4% to RMB 2.319 billion ($318 million), making up 26.3% of the total. In contrast, women’s apparel revenue declined by 21.5% to RMB 308 million ($42 million), while revenue from diversified apparel increased by 21.3% to RMB 129 million ($18 million).
