China’s S’Young Group has acquired US beauty brand RéVive Skincare, marking another step in its expansion of international beauty brands. The acquisition, which involves the Changsha-based conglomerate purchasing RéVive from Tengram Capital Partners, was not accompanied by any financial terms. RéVive, founded in 1997 by Dr Gregory Brown, has seen significant growth, with sales rising from $15 million in 2017 to $30 million in 2022. The brand will continue to operate independently under the leadership of Dr Brown and the existing management team. This acquisition follows S’Young's purchase of luxury skincare brand EviDenS de Beauté in 2022, further expanding its global beauty portfolio.
