L’Oréal has appointed Pietro Andrea Brambilla, its North Asia CFO, to the boards of two major manufacturing subsidiaries in China, replacing executive Guillaume Dauchy. The changes affect Yichang Tianmei International Cosmetics (宜昌天美国际化妆品有限公司), L’Oréal’s largest makeup production facility in Asia-Pacific, and Suzhou Beautycos International (苏州尚美国际化妆品有限公司), one of the group’s largest skincare plants globally. L’Oréal North Asia president and L’Oréal China CEO Vincent Boinay remains chairman of both companies. Brambilla joined L’Oréal in 2004 and has held senior finance roles in China since 2017. The moves follow 2026 leadership changes at L’Oréal China and bring governance of its key Chinese factories into closer alignment with its North Asia management structure.
