Ganni CEO Laura du Rusquec exits after 2 years at helm

Laura du Rusquec has stepped down as CEO of Danish label Ganni after two years, with former Tom Dixon CEO Hans Hoegstedt stepping in as interim replacement. Du Rusquec, who joined Ganni in 2024 from Balenciaga where she served as deputy CEO, left to “pursue other opportunities.” During her tenure, Ganni shuttered its UK office, began participating in Paris Fashion Week, and grew its store count to over 70, with global stockists reaching 650-700. The brand’s workforce, however, shrank from over 600 to 453 as of early 2026. Du Rusquec succeeded Andrea Baldo, who had led the company for more than five years, delivering double-digit growth.
