Rimowa has named Beatrice Monguidi as its next CEO, effective June 1. An LVMH veteran, Monguidi currently serves as president of EMEA at Louis Vuitton and has previously held roles at Fendi and Christian Dior Couture. She succeeds Hugues Bonnet-Masimbert, who moved to Louis Vuitton as commercial director last March. The appointment comes as Rimowa has expanded beyond suitcases into urban mobility products including backpacks and eyewear, recently outperforming LVMH’s fashion and leather goods average in Q1 results.
