Pop Mart has signed a lease for a 2,044-sqm office in Culver City, California, to serve as its Americas regional headquarters. The Slash building — designed by architect Eric Owen Moss — will oversee North American and future Latin American operations. Culver City has emerged as a major entertainment and creative hub, home to HBO, Amazon, Nike, Pinterest, Apple, and TikTok. Founded in Beijing in 2010 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Pop Mart operates nearly 600 stores across 18 countries. The Americas have been a key growth driver, with 19 of the 40 stores opened in H1 2025 located in the region.
