South Korean cosmetics ODM Cosmax reported record 2025 revenue of 2.4 trillion Korean won ($1.66 billion), up 10.7% YoY, and operating profit of 195.8 billion Korean won ($135.65 million), up 11.6%, driven by growth in South Korea, a rebound in China and renewed U.S. strength. The company also acquired a 51% stake in Italian manufacturer Keminova, its first European production base near Milan, where the Italian firm produces 20 million skincare units annually and recorded 10.5 million euros ($12.38 million) in 2025 sales.
