Functional fitness competition Hyrox has announced its return to Shanghai for the 2025/26 season, taking place at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Local gym chain 24/7 Fitness secured title sponsorship, with plans for cooperation in event promotion, training systems, and community engagement. Hyrox features an identical format across all global events: eight rounds of 1km runs followed by one functional workout, all held in large indoor venues.
