Bottega Veneta has appointed Emilie Leblanc as head of global communications and marketing, effective January 2026. Based in Milan, Leblanc joins the Kering-owned brand from Celine, where she served as global communications director from November 2024 until December 2025. She brings experience from Saint Laurent, where she held senior global marketing roles and rose to associate CMO in 2023. Her appointment comes as CEO Bartolomeo Rongone prepares to depart on March 31, 2026, ahead of joining Moncler. In Q3, Bottega Veneta generated revenue of 393 million euros ($460 million), down 1% on a reported basis but up 3% at constant exchange rates.
