Louis Vuitton exits Jingo Department Store in Kunming
LVMH-owned luxury brand Louis Vuitton will permanently close its store at the Jingo Department Store in Kunming, China, on February 28, 2026, according to a February 2 report from Chinese financial outlet Times Finance. Following the closure, the brand will maintain just one retail location in the southwestern Chinese city, at the Kunming Spring City 66 shopping center. Louis Vuitton’s official customer service confirmed the planned closure but did not provide a specific reason.
