Kans names actress Ma Sichun partner for CNY campaign

Skincare brand Kans has named actress Ma Sichun its global partner for the Lunar Year of the Horse. The brand launched an abstract short video featuring playful homophonic wordplay based on Ma’s surname — which means “horse” in Chinese — quickly gaining traction online. Kans also released a Red Slim Waist Gold Horse gift box in collaboration with Suzhou Museum, incorporating motifs from traditional Qing Dynasty lacquerware. Departing from typical beauty advertising, Kans adopts a lighthearted, meme-friendly approach aimed at engaging younger consumers.
