Rolex launched its official Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program in mainland China, with the first boutique opening in Nanjing’s Deji Plaza. Operated by authorized dealer Oriental Watch, the store sells authenticated, refurbished pre-owned Rolex watches, each backed by a two-year warranty. Initially launched in Switzerland in 2022, the CPO program has since expanded to Europe, North America, and Hong Kong. Its introduction in mainland China taps into growing demand for luxury secondhand watches. The brand’s strategy reflects an industry-wide shift toward fewer, more experiential retail locations in the high-end watch sector.
