Leandro Barreto to take over Unilever CMO role from Eggleston Bracey

Unilever announced Chief Growth and Marketing Officer Esi Eggleston Bracey will depart, succeeded by Leandro Barreto, currently CMO of the Beauty and Wellbeing division, effective January 1, 2026. Barreto will retain his divisional responsibilities while assuming the group role. The change is part of broader restructuring to integrate marketing functions with business groups.
