Prada introduced a festive season program at its historic Rong Zhai residence in Shanghai, offering Italian-inspired culinary experiences. The program features handcrafted Panettone, chocolates, and biscuits by Diego Crosara, Creative Director of Marchesi 1824. From December 18 to 31, Executive Chef Riccardo La Perna serves a menu including seafood soup, lobster linguine, and slow-roasted pigeon breast. Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners include lobster salad with caviar, steak, and black truffle gelato. A jazz trio performs on New Year’s Eve. A holiday market showcases Italian pastries, gift boxes, and hot chocolate.
