Italian luxury fashion house Max Mara will present its Resort 2027 collection in Shanghai on June 16, 2026. The specific venue has not been disclosed. This marks the brand’s second major runway show in Shanghai, following its debut in December 2016 with the Pre-Fall 2017 show at Shanghai Exhibition Center alongside the “Monopolis!” event. That presentation featured sculptural installations with contemporary Chinese artists and an 11-piece limited-edition capsule. Prior to Shanghai, Max Mara presented in Beijing in 2008, staging its Spring/Summer 2009 and Sportmax show at the National Aquatics Center with a “Coats!” retrospective exhibition pairing 30 iconic coats with traditional Chinese qipaos.
