Nike restructures senior leadership team

Nike announced a restructuring of its senior leadership team, eliminating several executive roles to streamline decision-making and better align with athlete and market needs. A key change is the creation of an executive vice president and chief operating officer position to integrate operations and technology more closely into its sports strategy. Consequently, the role of executive vice president and chief technology officer has been removed. To enhance consumer connections, regional leaders from areas including North America and Greater China will join the senior leadership team. The position of executive vice president and chief commercial officer will also be eliminated.
