The announcement was accompanied by a teaser video featuring the artist alongside actor Margaret Qualley, shot in New York. The appointment closely follows Creative Director Michel Blazy’s debut Chanel Métiers d’Art show in New York, underscoring the brand’s strategic focus on the American market. This collaboration extends a long-standing creative partnership between A$AP Rocky and Blazy, which began during Blazy’s tenure at Bottega Veneta. A$AP Rocky was recently named the CFDA’s 2025 Fashion Icon.
