Ermenegildo Zegna Group announced a new leadership structure effective January 1, 2026. Gildo Zegna will transition from Chairman and CEO to Group Executive Chairman, focusing on brand legacy and long-term value creation. Gianluca Tagliabue, currently CFO and COO, will become Group CEO subject to shareholder approval. Fourth-generation family members Edoardo and Angelo Zegna will serve as co-CEOs of the Zegna brand, succeeding Gildo Zegna who held the role for over 20 years. The Group, which includes Zegna, Thom Browne, and Tom Ford Fashion, recorded revenues of 1.95 billion euros ($2.11 billion) in 2024.
