Prada mounts cinematic exhibition at Shanghai’s Rong Zhai
Italian luxury brand Prada has launched the exhibition “A Kind of Language: Storyboards and Other Renderings for Cinema” at its historic Rong Zhai mansion in Shanghai. The exhibition, presented with support from the Prada Foundation, will be open until February 1, 2026. This presentation marks the second chapter of the exhibition, following its debut at the Prada Foundation’s Osservatorio space in Milan. The exhibition explores filmmaking methodologies with a focus on Asian cinema, particularly Chinese films from recent decades. The showcase brings together work from more than 30 film directors, cinematographers, and visual artists.
