Hyatt posts $49M Q3 loss despite pipeline growth
Hyatt reported $49 million net loss for Q3 2025, with adjusted EBITDA rising 5.6% to $291 million. The company achieved 12.1% net rooms growth and 4.4% pipeline expansion to 141,000 rooms under its asset-light strategy. Management and franchise fees grew 5.9%, while RevPAR saw 0.3% growth. Recent openings included Park Hyatt hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Johannesburg. In China, Hyatt signed a franchise deal with Home Inn Group for up to 50 Hyatt Studios hotels. The company maintained full-year guidance projecting 2-2.5% RevPAR growth.
