Lululemon launched its 2025 Tmall Super Brand Day on September 8 with a short film featuring synchronized swimming world champions Wang Liuyi and Wang Qianyi alongside the cheerleading team from Xihua University. Choreographed by Malik Le Nost, who has worked with Madonna, the film brings together cheerleading and synchronized swimming elements. On September 12, Lululemon will spotlight cheerleading with an immersive “Scuba Theater” event by Xianghu Lake in Hangzhou. The brand also released a podcast episode on Xiaoyuzhou featuring ambassador Leng Jianguo and members of China’s national cheerleading training team, discussing the sport’s development and cultural perception.
