Temu targets 50% UK domestic orders by end of 2025
Cross-border e-commerce platform Temu has announced plans to increase its share of UK domestic orders to 50% by the end of 2025, aiming to create more opportunities for local retailers. The platform currently has 22 million users in the UK.
Several British businesses have already joined Temu, including home goods seller Spot On-Line, whose daily sales rose from £200 to £1,500 ($260–$1,950); gardening brand Divchi; candy startup Exploded Sweets; and Nova Tissue, which reports daily sales exceeding £10,000 ($13,000).
According to recent surveys, over 80% of UK consumers recognize Temu’s strong value-for-money proposition. By reducing operating costs and expanding customer reach, Temu is becoming a key sales channel for small and medium-sized UK enterprises.
