Longines marks centenary of dual-time watch in Beijing

Longines has launched the Zulu Time 1925, a new model in its Spirit collection, to mark the 100th anniversary of its first dual-time watch. The brand hosted a commemorative event on June 19 at the Guan Zhong Central Axis Cultural Museum in Beijing, unveiling an immersive exhibition and celebrating its legacy in multi-timezone timekeeping. Executives including Longines Global Sales VP Yannick Jenni and China VP Xie Qi highlighted the brand’s pioneering role since 1925. Brand ambassadors Eddie Peng and actor Li Yunrui attended alongside explorer Zhang Kehan and scientist Wen Xu, who shared their experiences of cross-timezone journeys.
