The 2025 Standard Chartered Shanghai 10K Run took place on May 17 at the Expo Celebration Square in Shanghai. Japanese sportswear brand Descente served as the event’s official partner, providing gear for participants and hosting on-site activities. Runners received custom event kits and performance apparel. At the venue, Descente set up an interactive space featuring its latest running shoe model, the Dynamic Fluid 3.0, inviting participants to test the shoes and explore D-Fluid cushioning technology. Traditionally strong in skiing, triathlon, and golf, Descente is increasingly investing in the running market as urban consumers seek healthier lifestyles.
