Maserati China names Santo Ficili as new chairman
Maserati (China) Automotive Trading has undergone corporate changes, according to business information platform Tianyancha. Davide Grasso has stepped down as legal representative and chairman, with Santo Ficili appointed as successor. Several other personnel changes were recorded. Established in June 2014 with registered capital of $10 million, the company is wholly owned by Maserati. It operates as the general distributor of Maserati-branded imported vehicles in China.
