Used Rolex prices drop 11.7% amid luxury slowdown

Rolex secondhand watch prices have dropped below retail prices, according to Jiemian. The average secondhand price fell 5.2% YoY this month and 11.7% compared to two years ago. The Daytona and Pearlmaster series saw declines of 8.8% and 9%, respectively. However, Rolex's secondhand prices remain significantly higher than five or ten years ago, indicating long-term value stability. Meanwhile, Rolex’s certified pre-owned (CPO) program has expanded globally and is set to launch its first store in mainland China at Shanghai’s Taikoo Hui in 2025.
