Chow Tai Fook appoints former Starbucks China CFO Karen Yih
Chow Tai Fook has announced changes to its financial leadership. Effective April 1, 2025, Hamilton Cheng will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to focus on strategic oversight, including capital management and investor relations. He will remain executive director, joint company secretary, and a member of the Strategy and Reform Committee. Karen Yih, former CFO of Starbucks China, will succeed Cheng as CFO. With extensive experience in financial leadership and digital transformation, Yih is expected to drive innovation and strengthen the Group’s financial governance.
