Bluestar Alliance acquires Palm Angels from NGG
Global brand management company Bluestar Alliance has acquired luxury streetwear brand Palm Angels from NGG. Founded in 2015, Palm Angels will see its founder and creative director, Francesco Ragazzi, step down from the brand. This follows Bluestar’s recent acquisition of Off-White from LVMH in September 2023, marking its continued push into high-end streetwear and luxury fashion. Palm Angels began in 2011 as a photography project by Ragazzi documenting Los Angeles skate culture and evolved into a clothing line in 2015. The brand has gained a global following for its blend of streetwear and luxury aesthetics. Bluestar Alliance, founded in 2006, manages a portfolio of premium fashion and lifestyle brands with over $9 billion in global retail sales. The company operates more than 500 stores worldwide and works with over 400 licensees.
