Arc’teryx names new merchandising chief, Veilance leaders
Arc’teryx has appointed Matt Bolte as chief merchandising officer, overseeing strategic direction across all product categories, while also naming Marissa Pardini as general manager and Ben Stubbington as creative director of its Veilance brand. Bolte, with 35 years of retail leadership experience, joins from ThenWhat and previously held key roles at Nike. Pardini, formerly chief product and merchandising officer at Vans, brings extensive expertise from her tenure at The North Face and Bloomingdale’s. Stubbington, previously senior VP of design at Lululemon and creative director at Theory, adds further design leadership. CEO Stuart Haselden said that these hires will strengthen Arc’teryx’s position in technical outdoor and premium apparel, particularly as Veilance expands its innovation focus.
