Zegna Group Q4 revenue rises 3% to $633M, despite China slowdown

On January 27, the Zegna Group released its unaudited financial results for fiscal year 2024 and the fourth quarter. For the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2024, the group’s revenue increased by 3% YoY to 589 million euros ($633 million), reversing the third-quarter decline. Full-year revenue grew by 2.2% to 1.947 billion euros ($2.1 billion). The Zegna division, including the Zegna brand, textiles, and third-party brand businesses, saw revenue increase 2% increase to 348.8 million euros ($375 million), driven by strong Zegna brand performance, which offset textile business slowdowns. Zegna’s annual brand revenue was 1.16 billion euros ($1.27 billion), up 4.9%. The brand performed well in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with double-digit DTC growth, while the Greater China market still showed lower revenue compared to 2023, despite slight improvement over the third quarter.
