Dior has announced a collaboration with French chef Anne-Sophie Pic to open two new Café Dior locations. One will be located on the fourth floor of the Dior flagship in Tokyo’s Ginza district, while the other will open on December 22 in Chengdu, at the new two-story Dior Homme store in Taikoo Li. The Chengdu café will feature an outdoor terrace with seating. Anne-Sophie Pic, the only French female chef with three Michelin stars, is known for her dishes that blend complex aromas and imaginative flavors. To celebrate the openings, she has created a special menu offering both delicious meals and select desserts inspired by the restaurant’s ethos and the founder’s appreciation for fine cuisine.
